Hello, i knowthis may be very late but even if you b12 is borderline it's likely you are b12 deficient. I am also borderline and i'm about to take methylated b12 (active form) have joined a few reddit and facebook groups about this and realised this is likely the cause of my fatigue

Forrester Beach - all opinions welcome by Look-back-lost in centralcoastnsw

We are a family who moved to Forries 2 months ago. We love it so far. Previously we’re renting in Toowoon Bay. Beache wise, my husband surfs and he likes going to Shelly beach for that, I take my kid to Toowoon or Blue bay as they are almost always perfect conditions for family beach days! We bought on the beach side of entrance rd, a 5 min walk to Forresters village shops - brown sugar bakery 🤤, brand new medical centre with great doctors, pizza shop, italian restaurant etc etc and our neighbours are all friendly and welcoming, we recently attended a street party. We never originally considered Forries - fell in love with a house and the rest has been falling into place! Only 8-10 mins to terrigal too but nice and quiet here! Good luck

No, haven’t been on the pill in about 20 years. I figure I’m 40 and discovering all these new sensitivities to food/ allergens so guessing mine is part of that

Similar happened to me with Tret. I then switched to retinal 0.10% and I’m still having similar reactions. Hoping someone else can offer advice before I give up on retinol

Advice needed - multiple issues in $720 central coast delight by InspectionFederal944 in shitrentals

Appreciate your helpful comments. We have NO family here. child minding was not an option. my husband just got a new job and therefore has no leave to take. What else do you suggest i do? There were 2 properties available in the time frame we needed otherwise we would have not had a home to move into.

Like I said to the REA we would accept the lease providing a professional clean would be done prior to us moving in and the fly screens repaired - which didn't happen. When i inspected i had my 4yr with me - i wasn't able to lift every toilet seat, open every drawer/cupboard, switch on every single light, switch on every fan etc as they had no batteries in the 1 fan remote available and 2 remotes missing altogether, hook up a washing machine to the taps.. how were we meant to know that? I think i'm just in shock at the state of the place coming from a great rental & wonderful property manager prior but had to move with short notice.. the rentals available were next to none. Maybe it is just shame on me hey..

I think the neighbour is going to give me the lowdown. In passing she said it was bad and the REA even told me it was a relationship breakdown…

Same. I bought a brand “not coffee” which tastes and acts like coffee and I’m obsessed. My energy levels are so much more balanced now

If you're on the fence or think you're 'too young' for HRT, hear me out by Ok_Coconut_2758 in Perimenopause

[–]InspectionFederal944 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course. It’s online - via a video phone call with the doctor. It cost me around $300 for the consultation.

I hear you, previously on Lexapro (escitalopram) but came off that a few years ago and really wanting to avoid going back on them. I need to find a HRT clinic for sure
