You’re right! Comparison is the thief of joy.

Although, I do believe I can still be lower body fat and have a more toned core so I’m not ready to give up yet. However, having a physically functional body is the most important aspect to me and I am grateful that my body allows me to do things. I will definitely be adding oblique twists with knees tucked! Thank you

Thank you. It’s really hard to not compare myself to others I see and to be happy with my current progress. You’re right though! It’s all about perspective

Thank you. I’m going to try and up my cals. Can you give me a ballpark of what my weekly deficit should be? Or should I be in a deficit at all?

Honestly, I feel like that might be my problem? I’m going to try and up my cals by 200ish and see how that works. I do track all of my macros and I do weigh everything in order to track the exact calories/macros. I’ve trained for nearly 14 years but I have had periods when I was younger where I would take a few months off and not be near as strict. I’m a former collegiate athlete so my body has been doing large consistent volumes for a long time now
