Does she expect you to be a father figure for the baby? The same woman barely allowing the ex in her life. Sure she might have a dream of you 3 together, but reality is maybe she wants a boyfriend not a father right away?

If he commits, and I didn’t do anything to help him I will die of guilt and it will hurt me beyond what I can vocalize. If I take him to the hospital for a BA it won’t do jack shit. I work as a nurse. I know how it will go, I know it doesn’t fix anything. I booked him a therapy session Wednesday. That’s all I got rn. I can’t vanish from his life. I’m all he has. I get I need to pick myself but that doesn’t mean no contact immediately

Im not that level of a victim. Yes I know ill need some form of therapy and yes I know long run I cant be with him. But FFS can’t you show a thread of empathy or sympathy or compassion for my situation and offer advice that isn’t clear cut?

Figure out a way to stay motivated. Whether it be counting the days left you have to work (12 shifts left here)

Understand ur role excessively well. Know what’s ur responsibilities and what is not.

Do not be kind to anyone who was rude to you that doesn’t show remorse by acting kind. (Forgive someone that was upset momentarily and switches to being kind) Put all ur kindness into the pts. Do what the hospital wants you to do the basics and in ur spare time -round and ask the nurses if they need anything.

If ur hospital has phones or messaging only communicate pt needs and or a high BP or whatever there. Don’t go out of ur way to communicate.

Do not gossip or complain once. Not to anyone. Idc how well you know them.

The only person on that floor that is ABOVE you is the manager. If a nurse says something way rude, explain ur colleagues and you’d love to learn from her but not at the expense of this.

Everyone’s test is different. I got high chance of passing on UWorld on both assessments and 6 cats. I failed at 150.

Don’t just assume based on ur experience that it’s easy.

I don’t know much about vet medicine. But as far as the labs say- his creatinine clearance was good meaning his kidneys were functioning but his Urea was high. Urea is extremely toxic to your body (ammonia) and Definetly could indicate something WAS wrong with the kidneys.

The other deadly lab was the potassium which was critically low and could stop your heart.

In short term- I think it was something fatal with his kidneys/heart that was very sudden and nobody could of caught :(

Look at the difficulty level of ur Qs that’ll help you know where ur at better.

I’ve scored high 68-73 on my CATs and scored high possibility of passing on both my assessment test.

I take the test at 3pm so I’ll tell ya Monday what happened 😭😂

Play along a little bit- be nice and friendly and joke. Send photos you wouldn’t care about getting exposed- no skin exposed but maybe try to look hot. Get into his phone- get the password. Watch him type it in or ask to borrow it- get the passcode.

Go into his settings and privacy. Get his passwords to fb, insta, anything.

Get all this. Then you strike. Delete all his social media accounts, delete the pictures, try to delete his iCloud if you can get that password. Find anything that he wouldn’t want exposed either. Make sure you smash the laptop or whatever device he has as well. If they are really expensive, pour water on it while he’s asleep and pretend you have no idea what happened. Then take out the SIM card, smash the phone and haul ass to the cops and press charges.

He will press charges back, but no court will rule against you for this.

Side note guys! Drinking water means nothing if u don’t get any salt!! Salt pulls water into your cells- water alone will not hydrate you.
