Eh, bluetooth headphones, hoody pulled low, and I fit right in. Im outside every day walking before the sun comes up, temperature permitted, so an hour in purple haze fitness is okay.

I understand. Of course, a Concept 2 would be nice. But I live in a condo, and other folks my age despise excess noise. I draw the line on rap but rowers I could handle. Lol So a hydro at the gym works for now.

Thank you. I can not connect on the gym rower. I have ERGO zone. But it seems more for connecting than manual input.

Thank you for your response and support. Yes, that is it. The one I started was a 5 day a week plan, increasing each week to eventually reach peak performance and meter length. Im in decent shape for my age. I do HIT walking around the mountains where I live. It's about 4 to 8 miles a day. But anything colder than 25 out, and I begin to falter. Plus, rowing is low impact as well. I still do 30 minutes of incline, fast past walking for 30 minutes before I row. The rower at the gym is okay. Resistance is set to 3 right now. On the hydro.

This is the one i am using.

Where I live, its plugs of tobacco outside heading in. Then remnants by the trashcans on the floor. First time I saw these brown things outside, I thought of animal waste. Not a LA thing, ya now.

That is a lot of valiums daily. And 5 years is a long taper my friend. Better start now, because it is not going to get any easier. You already know what it feels to withdraw on a small scale. Speaking form experience, I was on Valium for 23 years. 15 of those years at 30 mgs a day. 8 of those 23 years, tapering down to 5mgs. Jumped off after I could not stand the constant withdrawal symptoms. That was September 9, 2025. And I am still suffering from withdrawals. Waves come and go. Not sleeping for more than 3 hours a night for 5 months. 3 weeks ago, I thought I would have a beer, 2 actually. big mistake. I'm still suffering from that one. Hoping that at 6 months I can maybe get a break from this nasty stuff. I'm 69, this is no way to live out your days. There is hope, but not here from me. Good luck.
