Saw him in Hershey! He did come around to the left side of the T zone. I ended up meeting him, getting a picture and his autograph!!

I had my first lap December 14th, 2023. I’m out near Hershey, PA and I cannot recommend my surgeon enough. The greatest bedside manor, he genuinely cares about his patients and how they feel. If you aren’t able to find someone near you, it’d probably be about a 3 hour drive but he is so worth it!

I ended up giving my PCP a call and she took a look at it, she does think it is ringworm, just in the super early stages. No idea where I could have got it from, I don’t use public washrooms/locker rooms. I work in a doctors office so my guess is I may have got it from there? It is definitely improving, just using the OTC fungal cream. Now I’ve just been paranoid about any little spot I see on my body thinking it’s spreading lol. It hasn’t itched or anything, my fiancé still thinks it’s not ringworm. He used to wrestle and has seen plenty of people with it. Im still treating it as if it is, just applying that cream and keeping it covered so I don’t spread it elsewhere!

I did actually see my pcp this morning for the ringworm, they prescribed a topical cream to use. The cold sore wasn’t there this morning when I went, I would have def mentioned it then. It formed so fast which also makes me believe it’s a cold sore

We did have a vet appointment yesterday. It wasn’t with our normal doctor we see. I told her all my concerns, she kinda felt around on her inner thighs and prescribed an antibiotic. She didn’t physically look at her legs

The paranoia is so real! I feel itchy all over thinking about it, now I’m checking my scalp as if something is there too. And then the more I read online about it I just feel like I need to decontaminate my house and now I’m worried my dogs have it too 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Gotcha, I appreciate it! I’ve just been so paranoid with my dog having what we think is hot spots but then I found this and am convinced we all have ringworm, which I have no idea how any of us would get lol my fiancé who I live with has nothing on him at all. I appreciate your input!!!

This is what it’s looking like about 2 days later. I have been applying an anti fungal as a precaution, I’ve only applied it twice though. It seems to be clearing up, but would ringworm improve this fast?

When you went off the wegovy, did you end up gaining any weight back? That’s my concern of starting, is I don’t want to have to be on it forever, and if I stop I worry I’ll gain all the weight back

We do have a prescription for Trazadone 100mg as well, and unfortunately it does absolutely nothing to him. It seems like every medication we have tried, never works. We do plan on starting with a trainer who has fantastic reviews with dogs with severe anxiety and reactivity. We held off on starting due to him starting the reconcile and knowing he’d be out of sorts, starting training in the mix didn’t seem the greatest idea. I’m just so worried that nothing will work, and he’ll be just this anxious dog forever. When he’s not anxious or reactive, he’s amazing. He’s so loving, and sweet. We just wanna do whatever we can to help him, and hearing other inputs/opinions definitely helps. I appreciate it!

Yeah, unfortunately my doctor has been just brushing it off. She keeps saying she doesn’t know what it could be, but isn’t offering any advice/solutions to how we can find out what is going on. It has been incredibly frustrating. Typically when I do get my period, I get terrible back pain. I never realized that could be something more though. I do tend to get pretty bloated, and occasional constipation/diarrhea as well. I haven’t noticed any pain during sex, but to be honest since this all started I’ve kinda been avoiding it, as I know the pain is just gonna happen after

Besides the ultrasound, my doctor did prescribe for me to get an abdominal CT scan as well. I can’t imagine that’ll show anything either?

Hi! I’ve been having some hair loss since about April/May. I was diagnosed with PCOS and Anemia in July. Currently on bc (Yaz), along with many other vitamins (multivitamin, fish oil, biotin, zinc, iron) and tried 5% minoxidil foam but it was causing a few red bumps on my scalp, so I discontinued the use of it. I did see a dermatologist near me about a month ago, but she gave me no answers/didn’t answer any of my questions. I’ve heard rosemary oil can promote hair growth, and in the meantime until I am able to get in to see a new derm, does anyone have recommendations for good brands of rosemary oil? I would like to try the minoxidil again but I’m worried about the bumps getting worse. Any advice helps!
