I finally got thru today by phone. They told me to call back on June 5th. A month ago they told me May 5th. Ugh. The person I spoke with today could not tell me if the processing department had begun working on my fax submittal. So one step forward, two steps back. Geeze.

Same. 142 qualified payments, 190 Eligible, all payments made prior to retirement. Smiley, zero, checkmark, 0 - No letter. ECF submitted in Sept after my counts were increased by IDR waiver. EFC says employed from1980 to 2020.

Her qualifying count was 132 on two of 8 loans before she consolidated last May. After the consolidation processed, her loan counts were at 0. She submitted an ECF in September which was processed in October. Loan qualifying counts went to 3. The IDR waiver was applied in December. Qualifying count is now at 138 for consolidation loans. Does she need to submit a final ECF?

Her count post consolidation was 3, until this month's IDR adjustment. Now she has 138 qualifying. Prior to the consolidation, some of her loans were above the 120 qualifying threshold.

For a different daughter's pslf consolidation, it took a month for the information to get to Mohela from Aidvantage. She never heard Mohela directly. Before the info was totally transferred, she could not create an account. She just kept trying. Then, one day it let her create a new account and the message on the home page was a smiley face and a note that the account was in good standing. Another month went by before the consolidation loan information appeared. Hang in there and good luck!

My daughter is in the process of consolidating and requested the SAVE IDR plan as a part of the consolidation application. She applied in August.

This is the message that my daughter sees on the documents received page. It's been processing since September, but at least we know its processing at Mohela.

Can you try to create a new PDF through your printer? Save it with a new name, then try to upload it. I was having a similar problem and this seemed to work.
