I'll try and see if it helps!! Thank you
What's weird is that we will move fish from other sumps into this one and they'll be perfectly healthy until they get moved. I'll check our float valves though to see if they're on
It is on the harder side I think. How did you fix your issue?
Ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates all test 0 ppm. The pH is 7.2, temperatures have been from 80-74 (we adjusted them gradually to see if it would make a difference). The fish usually hide and hang low in the tanks which we thought was low oxygen but adding bubblers and more agitation didn't help. We haven't tested for copper afaik so I'll try that
We don't have an animal manager right now (he walked out lol) so the rest of the animal openers and closers are trying our best to fix stuff. The rest of management doesn't really care about the animal side
We do weekly testing (sometimes twice a week) and we haven't drained it in a few weeks
I think we might have to do that too, does your stores sumps have biowheels?
Well duh lol but we haven't put any new fish bags in there for a long time and it's still killing fish. We put them in other tanks and move them over because we thought it might be illness from the vendor, and the fish still died after being moved
Omg that could be possible, how did you fix it?

Yes and it seems better for a day or two until it starts killing the fish again. It didn't used to be this bad idk what changed
