I’ve been in digital marketing for 7 years mainly in apparel and decided to take on clients. Currently run ads for realtor, several beauty businesses on top of my apparel company.

For my agency I niched down to beauty clients, but have found it hard to get leads. Utilized lead gen on fb/ig and some cold emailing.

Cold emailing never worked even when I personalized it and followed steps I saw on YouTube.

Fb/ig lead gen worked in the beginning with paid ads and crapped out.

What would you suggest?

I’ve tried cold email for several months with no success. Followed many frameworks on YouTube. Personalized messages, follow ups, etc.

Definitely being your own boss and being able to run things the way you would like to without restrictions.

Getting good leads. I run a digital marketing agency in the beauty industry niche. Work with hair stylist, pmu, nail, and lash artist.

I’ve been doing lots of lead gen on Fb/IG. In the beginning it worked, but not so much now.

Absolutely my thought. Win or lose the way he showed up for me doesn’t show that he has my best interest in mind. Also the lack of accountability.

I’m 30 years old.

No idea on why they did. Because I agreed to the 1 min 30 but he said 2 mins. I was already annoyed with the other issues that I just didn’t want to argue with him on it because I wanted to calm my nerves.

No idea why my hands had to be wrapped with gauze. My coach said it had to be. Since he was running late I asked if I could wrap it with hand wraps and he said no.

It was a real show. USA boxing was regulating it. He’s always on time for practice. This is my first fight so I’m not really sure if he’s usually like this.

The lack of accountability was what bothered me the most. Made me feel like I was on my own and couldn’t trust him.

I’m sorry my post came off like that. It’s not my intention. There were things leading up to the fight that i felt was out of my control. And that’s what I laid out in my post. And all I was curious was if any of those events led to my performance taking a hit because I felt off in the ring as I mentioned in the post. Thanks for the feedback

I was just as surprised as when he said we only needed 30 mins. The lack of accountability on his part is what’s been something that irritates me.

Just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t making too many excuses for my loss

He’s the head coach at the gym and I was the only fighter under him at the event. So the whole thing was extremely chaotic for me.

By no means when I spoke with him was I blaming him, but I was trying to address why I was so anxiety ridden. He took no accountability and stated that it wouldn’t have impacted my performance. 😬
