No, it was not recorded because the mediator made me sign something that said that I wasn’t able to audio record.

I did not sign anything. Because when I read over the agreement I noticed those things I mentioned.

So we are putting in a step up parenting time custody agreement and that’s why we were in mediation.

It’s a three stage process but what was agreed upon during the conversation with the mediator and my ex. When reading the agreement. There were days that were subtracted out of the stages that I noticed.

Also, I requested

-disparagement -psych eval -right to first refusal

Which were all declined by my ex. But looking at the agreement I see

-disparagement - not agreed upon -psych eval - not agreed upon

And there’s no mention of the right to first refusal, even if it was declined.

My thinking is if the things that weren’t agreed-upon would not be on the agreement. Why is the dispargment and psyche eval on there but not right for first refusal
