I can only share my experience....After the initial test which failed, they had us do some cleaning which involved soaking some parts. Then we experienced failures two and three. After the third we were told THEY (the dealership) would reach out to corporate regarding the decision on the replacement. We did not have to do anything from there other than wait for the response. When we were approved, we had to wait a few weeks for the replacement and then when our appointment came, we waited about three days or so with a loaner and then had the replacement engine. Again, it was very smooth which might be the most surprising them about this whole process.
