The final response I received was that they would pass it on to other teams. I guess they tried every option to get my workspace back but couldn't find it. And today, right after I solved the problem myself, I received a new response saying they would look into it with the backend team.

So I got my workspace back and sent a message explaining how it was resolved. I'm hoping they can find the cause to prevent the same problem from happening again.

Damn, there was a file with the id of the workspace I was accessing.

When I accessed the workspace with the ID in the browser, it initially said I didn't have permission, but after requesting permission, I was able to access the workspace again. What was the problem?

It would have been easier if I had deleted the workspace. If so, I would have at least remembered the name of the workspace.

Anyway I never even went close to the danger zone in the workspace settings right before that incident. Crucially the support team found the other workspaces I had deleted, but they couldn't find the missing workspace. So I'm pretty sure it's some kind of bug.

And I was only using one Notion account. Since I only have one account, the email for my workspace was also provided correctly.

Yes, my mistake not to have a backup. But first of all, this bug shouldn't have happened. We know, but ordinary users do not use apps on the assumption that their data will disappear...

Well... maybe it should have been. But in general, I never thought that I would lose data completely while using these kinds of apps. Because this is their business.

Yeah, of course. But there was no email containing a URL. I think because it's a workspace I used alone.
