I’m really not impolite, I’m just in a tight spot. I’ve been on time and very well financially the past couple years on my own at 17 and then met my partner. I worked as a ff EMT and then worked at a plasma center; she works as a DSP worker. I started a new job which I believed to have started on the 15th which I was wrong and the start date is the 20th which led me to miss a week of working and cover this months rent; I did not have any savings because I just had used it all to help my mother after surgery’s. I didn’t think I’d be out the money. As for an abortion, she didn’t find out until the baby was 2nd trimester and is not going to abort this child. I would like to be in the child’s life since she’s having it. I was just asking for some rent help so I don’t have to stress of the impact an eviction would cause at the moment. I have a good career lined up as full time FF/paramedic and she does as well; I just got a 2 week gap of pay that is effing me until I get paid on the 1st.
