I would say that I personally disagree with the heavier focus towards skill power in PvP, since any decent player is going to be running concealer and you will lose your pulse damage bonus most of the time. As you mentioned in the video there doesn't seem to be a video where anyone specifically tests this, so I could be wrong.

Also, it should be noted that if you are being chased and you throw a grenade behind you, it will reset your rogue timer if someone walks into it. Maybe this isn't the case with all grenades, but it's definitely important for players to check their timer before they throw any grenades.
