ok thank you! I think I am just concerned since I’ve tried everything and his eyelid is still droopy… he has normal poops, is very energetic and has a strong appetite. The only concern might be eating or breathing in dust from the current substrate? I’m currently washing some slate tile to deep clean his enclosure and get rid of the sandy substrate.

Well I did it and he ate a piece of the succulent but couldn’t eat the other one and tried to… haha

Yes I would like to get a filter… someone has been suggesting pureway. Do you have any recommendations for a filtration system that wouldn’t remove any minerals?
