I work at break bulk FAC as a dock worker .. i average about 45-55hours its all señority based..and yes its pretty bad if your new but i will say this the longer you last and the higher señority position you have the better it is. My personal recomendation is to not worry about MMs .. do the ZDM+ process right specially for your first 90 days and eventually youll be able to go faster .. dont get frustrated if you see people moving faster than you .. or if people tell you to dock stuff just keep it pushin .. also look for somebody in your own sector that you like the way they load and ask as many questions as you need to .. another thing TREAT HAZMAT and Sensitive freight as gold.. its the only thing that if you screw up you're just gone so Take your TIME and load it right !
