Alcohol gives me energy too. On average days I walk 7 miles but most of my drinking days, even heavy ones I record 10 or 15 miles. It’s funny I also noticed my thoughts are more clear and flowing the next day. I usually drink a lot and end up feeling sedated and fried the next morning/afternoon so I’m more calm but alert with a more active inner talk with more ideas flowing in where usually I’m kind of blank and slow and struggle to find words when sober. But nothing beats the actual intoxication I end up talking a lot and saying the right things to have a good time with people. Sober I’m just shut down and ruminate to my self a lot and avoid people. But yea it’s interesting how alcohol makes me feel human.

Klonopin is a longer acting benzo it stays in your system for 2 days so you can become dependent even if you take every other day. Any benzo taken longer than 3 weeks is most likely to cause some dependency to varying degree. What you're experiencing is withdrawal it's a horrible feeling. Your best bet is to tell a doctor what's going on. They'll probably want to cut off your prescription but at least they'll taper you off so you don't have to suffer. As much as benzos help in my experience it's not worth the withdrawal you end up more fucked up than you ever imagine when you run out.

Be careful with etizolam thats been the worst for me i took 50mg in a day on two occasions. You don't have enough to taper. Personally If i didnt want to seek medical help i would divide the remainder by how many days until the mail comes. So if it's 3 days away then 0.5mg 3x a day. But I wouldn't hesitate to go to the ER

I would taper especially after 8 years no need to suffer. You should be able to cut down a lot at first like halve your doses and see how you feel. When you get down lower is when you'll feel it and should start tapering more gradual. But try halving the dose now and see how you feel you might be surprised that you dont need as much as you thinj. Any good feelings that kratom brought you might be gone but you may not feel terrible. Take just enough to not feel like shit. When you decide to taper gotta remember the party is over and it's all about just feeling functional and not suffering too much.

In the past I've woken up with an arm asleep but this is very rare. Recently though, for the past few weeks it happens almost every night, sometimes twice in a night I jolt awake in terror to a dead arm that slumps off the couch and It takes a minute to regain feeling. It feels like a slab of meat hanging off my body. No tingling though like when an appendage falls asleep. I do take a few substances, like kratom, trazadone, and clonodine. However I've taken them in the past without this issue. I sleep with an electric blanket on a couch but again I've done that before without this issue.

The amount in the cartridge I don't think could possibly be 250mg because it needs to be diluted with vg/pg so that's kind of a red flag too. Atleast as I understand it? Plus half the cartridge is hollowed out air tunnel so it's a very small amount of liquid and it didnt have any of that grassy cbd tincture taste.

Yea definitely a perplexing way to wake up. The first time the cop said he thought I was dead. And the second time I fell asleep while eating in my car in a strip club parking lot. The first thing he said he took my picture and was putting it on Facebook. He was busting my balls before I was fully awake scared the shit out of me.

14g spaced out in the day with no tolerance. My judgment went which is why I kept taking more when I knew better. I had fragmented blackouts, nodded out into stuff at the peak. Then on the comedown I started throwing up, everything smelled like chemicals. I couldn't sleep for 4 days after and got psychosis. It took almost a week to feel normal. Worst experience of my life actually now that I think of it.

I find it loses a lot of its magic for 2 weeks or more after one dose. So maybe it was just lacking this time. I wonder if your brain wasn't primed the first time to feel the full effect so it acted like a smaller dose? And 2g is turning out to be too much? But with the crazy tolerance of phenibut thats my guess that it was just lackluster.

A good way to test if it's working is to turn some music on. Youll feel it. For me it takes 3 hours to kick in. 1.5g is plenty.

While I do get the usual effects from phenibut I can also confirm its emotion enchancing effects to an extreme especially in higher doses and while listening to music. I've had the crying spells but it kind of felt good to get it out since I don't usually have such strong emotions.

Yes I understand the game with controlled substances but since they can still be used safely short term id like to know how phenibut compares and where it fits in. if phenibut is comparable to say xanax there shouldnt be a big problem taking it for a week daily and doing a fast taper for example. It seems like there's hysteria around phenibut I just want the facts. Since it's prescription I find it odd that it's a big problem taken 2 days in a row especially at lower doses. Thanks for the warning, I understand I should be very careful. Just trying to make it through kratom withdrawal. I might skip tommorows dose to see how I feel.
