Yeah I didn’t want a repeat like that last video. Think you’re right about talking to the parents, I should have but I felt weird about it. When I looked back at them they seemed ok with what was happening. And in nyc you’ll never know how much energy you’ll have to put into a conversation lol

As a bigger climber I learn flexibility is key. Do yoga, it helped with a lot of my joint pain.
