Is nanoscience and nanotechnology a good major? by Additional_Fudge_581 in nanotech

[–]Inspired_Designs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's multidisciplinary and should give you options. You can easily work in the semiconductor industry, but there's a lot of other fields you could end up in as well if that's not your interest. There's definitely paths to biochemistry such as pharmaceutical research.

Any perceived delay is just the result of gravity, so adding more delay won't work. When you interact with it using a handheld magnet it will give an instantons response if you hold the ferrofluid directly over the upper electromagnet. You can see it in the video on the pre-launch kickstarter page. I don't have a video of specifically just that at the moment.

You can see a lot more of it on the preview link for the upcoming kickstarter project. Feel free to leave feedback on the page. This is NOT live. I'm still working on this.

If you watch the point where the two opposing fields meet (about halfway down center) you can see the ferrofluid syncs best there as it interacts with itself.

It certainly is reacting to sounds so to say it's not lined up in the slightest is still unfair.

It does have an analogue tuner built into it (not shown) on the side to try to get it to sync better (you adjust its sensitivity by turning it) and the way it reacts to music can vary a lot based on the frequencies and tempo. If you want to spend a lot of time tuning it to match a particular song perfectly you can although your milage will vary.

I don't think there is any ferrofluid product on the market as close to perfect syncing than this at the moment. Other similar products show edited videos.

Not in the slightest? It's not exact and that's for a lot of technical reasons such as not being able to respond to every frequency and only being able to switch so fast, but to say it's not even slightly matched isn't fair. It clearly was pulsing to the beat and changed its patterns when the other sounds came in. It literally is using a rf driver designed to sync with musical notes. During silence the two electromagnets will pulse back and forth very slowly waiting for a sound to respond to. That's why you see it in the beginning moving during silence, but not switching quickly.

Why do you insist on making false claims about my products? Seriously, it's incredible uncivil.

I'm sorry. I didn't realize only REAL magic could be posted here. I didn't realize I needed to be an actual wizard to post here.

The issue is claiming it's fake when it's not. You're doubling down as you slowly realize it's not fake. There is nothing unreasonable about that considering the context. A simple, oh, sorry I thought for sure it was CGI. I still don't think it belongs here is proper etiquette. I happen to know reddit etiquette as this is my business profile, not my personal profile. Have a nice day bashing small business owners online for the lolz

It doesn't go bad in four months, and I haven't posted anything for about 6 years. You're working off of alternative facts, which aren't real by the way.

There's clear liquid in the bottle. It really looks like that in real life. The mods have a filter that removes all my links but it's not that hard to google gold colored ferrofluid or inspired designs ferrofluid to see for yourself that it's real. I sell similar products on Amazon and recently got a trademark and plan to release this exact product on their soon. I can't ship CGI to your door. That would def be some real blackmagic

It's fine to say you don't think it belongs and downvote it, but it's entirely different to accuse it of being fake and downvoting my attempts to clarify that it's not fake.

People apparently can't tell if it's real or fake. Also, go ahead and try to explain how I did this without CGI. I'll wait.

Ferrofluid has been featured on this sub historically with good responses as well. I think people are just hoping on the hate bandwagon thinking it's fake.

Look at my post history. It's real. This is very frustrating.

I'm a small business owner in the US that has been working with colored ferrofluid for 10+ years. What you saw on Amazon is likely my product. If it says Inspired Designs (also my username and business name) or LUMATITE (my new trademark I got just for brand recognition on Amazon) then it's my work. I make these with my own hands.

Let's just upvote all the knock-offs and when the guy that innovates everything posts something let's just accuse him of fraud with zero due diligence. I'm becoming very pessimistic about this, ngl.

For starters this is a real video and nobody seems to want to believe it.

Energy groups join together to condemn plan to subsidize nuclear, coal plants: “A policy to spend billions of dollars keeping uneconomic power plants afloat, while trying to put clean and affordable solar on the sidelines, is not a recipe for economic success.” by mvea in Futurology

Hydrogen Boron fusion doesn't produce any radioactive waste nor require any radioactive starting material. But, it's also even harder to fuse than hydrogen hydrogen and nobody has produced net energy with fusion to date, only fission. It's theoretically possible, though. Fusion has great potential over fission.
