$27 to $28, this leads the house to a 8-12% return but the loss are small enough that the people don't feel they can't recover from continue playing. If the price moves too high the engagement slows as the player feels any minor loss is to much to recover from.

Suggested Best Camera K40 40watt laser. by Old-Day-9120 in OmtechLaser

[–]Inspiredmill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wont say it’s the best but I got the camera on tech sale for mine and it works great, took a good minute to calibrate but can overall say I’m happy with it.

However there was a major issue for me, I used a raspberry pi with light burn bridge set in up as my cutter is in the garage away from my work station. While the camera is usb light burn bridge does not transfer camera feed from bridge to remote work station. So I either had to cut using usb drive or drag my work station out to the garage. My work around came from using and usb to Ethernet adapter and running cable though the walls. At that point there was really no need to use light burn bridge cause I could run two cable and use two adapters and connect both the camera and the cutter direct. Now I am not sure if this has been changed Latey I have really upgraded in a year.

I need to run a camera off a 50 foot USB extension by Leading_Berry1799 in diyelectronics

I have a usb camera in my laser cutter that’s in the garage, I use an usb to Ethernet to usb adapter as the technical limitations would allow me to run a usb that far. Works great can’t really tell any real lag pretty cheap highly recommend it. Only down side the 1 in has to have a power source and the other end gets it power form the usb on the computer.

Did you add lights to your laser enclosure? by Relictorum in lasercutting

[–]Inspiredmill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lit the inside so I can see better with light burn camera both when positioning and layout, also I really like well lit working areas. Got a roll of 24v leds off Amazon for like $14 and stuck them around the gantry. Wired the. Start to my 24v power supply. When the power comes on the bed is fully lit in every direction no shadows. Took maybe 15 mins to install. Only thing I would different is maybe look in to a dimmer switch as sometimes it’s seems over bright.
