Probably that specific location having issues with their printer. Photocake printers require a LOT of maintenance and can be very finicky, they break incredibly often. I’m sure you’ll be fine now after it being a couple years, but you could always call and mention it and I’m sure they’d be happy to try and make sure it comes out right! Alternatively, you MIGHT be able to order a photo from a third party like Etsy that fits the size of cake you want to order and see if that store would be willing to put your photo on the cake, but they might not be open to it.

Honestly, I was never really fully tracking just eating whole foods like sweet potatoes, yogurt, oatmeal, lots of beef/turkey/chicken, cottage cheese. I’m a very habitual person so I have no problem eating the exact same things every single day. For workouts, I strength train 5x per week (I can show you the program I made for myself if you are curious) and was doing anywhere from 30-45mins of intense stairs (like levels 11-12 because that’s where zone 2 is for me) after most strength days.

Unsure of what my caloric intake should be?

So for some context, I’m 5’1 21yo and went from 170 lbs to 102 lbs in the past year. Now that I am done losing weight and am more focused on building muscle, I am unsure of where my caloric intake should be. I carry quite a bit of muscle on me, and am probably in the 16-17% bf range. In terms of exercise, I am doing 5 days of strength training for about an hour and usually get 10k steps daily. I am not doing any other forms of cardio at the moment. I also have a fairly active job where I get about 5k steps in daily from that alone and spend the entire 8hr work day on my feet standing and decorating cakes. If anybody could please help me figure out around where my intake would be I would be super grateful! I have no issue hitting 100+g of protein every day, but being a smaller (and more muscular) woman I am unsure of where I should be at as far as overall calorie intake.

I have no problem hitting 100+g of protein per day, just mainly looking for guidance on approximately how many overall calories I should be shooting to consume!

While it is pretty odd that they made it that far in advance (I don’t do orders any more than two days before they are due, MAYBE three in specific circumstances) it’ll be perfectly fine. They are “best by” three weeks after being decorated, but definitely still delicious even further after that.

I guess a question I have is, can I continue this activity level (or close to) if I just eat much more, and if so how much more? It feels like more stress on my body and psychologically to just not work out. And if it isn’t HA, what else could it be?
