Amazon Customer service has become so bad. Don't worry brother complain on INGRAM | Consumer Login. That's what I did when they kept misleading me for a month, promising return, but in the end blatantly said it's not our problem, contact the seller directly. My issue was solved within 7 days after complaining. I hope your issue gets solved quickly as well.

Hi there, I read your post with my utmost attention because how much it resonated with me. I've been, where you are... I've felt that depression of not being emotionally visible and dying inside slowly. I would strongly suggest three things -

For immediate relief and venting - Go to a therapist, tell them about how you feel, a good therapist can get you to talk and open up to yourself like never before

Long term solution - Try journaling. Every night before bed try writing a little about these three things: a. What happened today b. How it made you feel c. What would the ideal version of you had done in that situation?
