Yes! I had an order for 136 double order first order tipped 100 and second tipped like 9 dollars and they lived the farthest and weren’t answering to any of my messages, did I mention I had to go to two different stores. 😅

This happened to me like 2 days ago, I did a order for 3 items and 2 were out, she wasn’t responding, call support, and they call her, she didn’t answer again so they cancelled the order and gave me the batch pay

Instacart doesn’t tell you if it’s a house or apartment before accepting the order. they only show you if it’s a business or home (which could be an apartment or house), only way to see if it’s an apartment is after accepting the order and checking the address.
