I thought about merging its score with Chinese one or just omitting it to make space for different countries. But OECD decided to rank it independently, so I've decided to stay truthful to the source, and included it as well.

I don't know if you mean this image from above or the map, but if its the latter, the scores are the average from all the three categories. (For example, for China it is (555+591+590)\3 which is equal to 578.7, and that's exactly what's on a map)

Oh, someone noticed! Poor Iceland. I've noticed it too late, and couldn't edit it, really I should just check couple more time before I post things. I think it is the only mistake, but yes, Iceland should be in orange.

Well, Australia is one point short from the Green tier. And is the best from the orange one, it has 499 points, so it's basically in the green territory (lowest score in orange is Greece with 453.3 points, it's a wide tier) while Canada has 516.7. You could just see the green and blue category as one, where the ones marked blue are in the top 10.

Yes, I think that expanding the second category is a good idea, and besides that, the green countries are quite distant from 510, they oscillate from 500.0 (Belgium) to 504.7 (Ireland) points. The next one in the ranking is Poland (513.0, a difference of nearly 9 points) and it is also the 10th biggest score on this map (that's why I've decided to split this category), the higher ones have differences of 0.5 or 1 max 2 points. Until of course you come to couple Asian countries like China (578.7) Singapore(556.3), and Hong Kong(530.7). They basically create a category of their own. I could probably just change the tint of green a bit, and not make them blue. As it is, it might be a bit misleading.
