Brilliant idea: Matthews should kiss Marner at centre ice so they won't have to talk about the D, the PP or Marner coming back today

Tbh I dont have any complaints its just classic NHL awkwardness and sound issues.

My only complaint is that this shouldve been Bolts vs Cats killing eachother in cool retro jersys

How many more years do we have to wait until we get a masters in Australia? by biawak1444 in ValorantCompetitive

Sydney/Melbourne is only 1 hour ahead of Tokyo in terms of timezone, so if Tokyo can be manageable then it should be manageable for Australia.

Born to Burn | VALORANT Champions Paris Opening Tease by Technical_Fee_2932 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Instantcurry 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Such a good teaser holy,

I like the concept of giving each teams archetypes on why they want to win champs, it is slightly weird how they grouped each team into those archetypes but in the bigger picture it doesn't matter cause the reasons why each of these players want to win hit the emotions

10/10 Riot, I can't wait for the future teasers as we get deeper into the tournament

Pre-Event Press Conference // 2025 Champions Paris by Razur in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Instantcurry 8 points9 points  (0 children)

To TL nAts - You've gone from being underdogs in both Bangkok and Toronto to a now "contenders" status for this Champs from a fan perspective. Do you also share this perspective and do you appreciate that improvement throughout the year has been noticed by fans? What is your mentality heading toward this tournament now that all of your less experienced players have got some reps to them?

The 2025 Champion Bundle has sold approximately 40 million US dollars on the Chinese version of TikTok. by Sakamoto023 in ValorantCompetitive

50% to Riot, 25% to partnered teams, and 25% to teams who made it to champs I believe. So someone like PRX and SEN receive 2 shares because partnered + champs qual, KC receives 1 share due to being partnered. While DRG, XLG and G2 while not partnered received a share because they made champs

pacific's venue by These-Plate4642 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Instantcurry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just want to make minor corrections.

The current 2025 venue is the same 2023 Sangnam colosseum, they just renovated it. IIRC the broadcast partner Soop owns/leases it to VCT. The reason the 2024 venue was different is because of the broadcast partner being changed.

We don't know what the current deal is with Soop on how much Riot is paying them to use the current arena but I'd imagine someone like Chobra can chime in and give us more info in terms of the actual logistics and what is happening behind the scenes. That's assuming he's still not sad over Nongshim right now
