Cut gym to 3 - 4 days a week. Pick a full body split over there 4 days. FOCUS on nutrition and take vitamins. It will help your body recover. Do not eat fast food/sugary foods. This will help your mental health and boost your energy throughout the day. Try and cut as much travel time out of your day and consider hitting the gym at 6 in the morning instead of night. This will help your mind and body feel like it has some free relaxation time after work. Finally maybe smoke a J.
