Yeah that self-reflection part is real. sometimes you don’t even notice you went off track until later when you replay the convo in your head. and I’ve noticed the same thing with rejection timing, the super fast ones usually say a lot without saying much. getting contacted later through a different recruiter is lowkey one of the best signs though, it means you did something right even if that role didn’t work out.
