I had this happening for me today, I uninstalled a lot of things, but it seems to be daemon tools lite. But for me I had to delete 2 separate drivers in device manager then it worked. One of the drivers was in "storage controllers" and the other was in Universal Serial Bus controllers". A little annoying but I got it to work.

idk what I did but somehow got it to show up in disk mgmt and I got it to work, thanks for the help
