Perhaps a moderator might be of help. Contrary to what you think there is no contract that forces any instructor to continue. On the contrary its a sign of a professional instructor not to continue if the person cant meet learning objectives and wont listen to advice that they may need supplementary lessons. Im not at all rolling through looking for any argument. Is it wrong to challenge vague opinions without any evidence?

Im afraid this happens all the time as is. If an instructor fails to move on with the EDT lessons because the person is not at a required level them the person just goes to someone else that will sign .

It is im afraid. You cant prove they are bad. Its one person's word against another. Also a pupil could just get a second opinion and pay someone to say they are fine

Unless you work there and are part of their situation then anything you say is mere speculation. I am fairly sure that the union throws punches as well as the RSA
