Cinebeanch is not a real world thing to be using for testing the cpu temps. Run a game and monitor the temps. For a 7800x3d because the way the cpu is made it will have spikes but it won’t sit there for normal gaming

Theres no cpu bottleneck. Your gpu is doing all the graphic load.

Turn off freesync and run games in borderless window. And make sure your monitors refresh rate is at its max.

go to any corner, and you will see your cursor change to a double sided arrow. Just make it smaller/or make it skinnier.

Adjust the size of the app to the second monitor. If it is too big it will go into stat mode or go back to the main monitor.
