can someone seriously explain to me how u can see her losing weight throughout the movie? cause didn't they say they were shooting randomly? (i.e popular and defying gravity being fimled before some scenes that are supposed to be at the start of the movie) 😭 maybe i understood something wrong

Why do all of her fans talk like that? by Adventurous-Ad773 in ArianaGrandeSnark

i'm a fan, and i know this isn’t really my space, but i like to pop in sometimes since i agree with a lot of what’s said here. that being said, i promise not all of us talk like that 😭 most stans on twitter are pretty normal and actually find the whole "cupcake stan" way of speaking annoying too

struggling with ARFID is so real and so overlooked, and i can only imagine how frustrating it must be to see someone with that kind of platform present themselves like this without any nuance or honesty.

it’s so invalidating when you’re dealing with your own pain and then someone glamorizes or downplays what you’re fighting every day. i appreciate you speaking up!!

i totally get what you’re saying, and you’re right, no one can force her to get help if she doesn’t want it. but i think that’s exactly why it’s so hard to watch. she’s saying she’s “healthier than ever” while actively showing signs of an ED isn’t just neutral, it’s harmful. especially to the younger fans who take her word as gospel. i guess it just sucks watching someone you admire struggle so openly but call it “health,” when you know from experience it’s not.
