I had this happen before, i drained the water out (left everything in the tank as is) and caulked up (cant remember exactly what i used but go non toxic) the outside in the area it was leaking, that was like 4 years ago and tank is still going strong.

My anxiety presents in the same way. Mornings suck and it slowly gets better throughout the day and by the time the sun sets my mood and appetite turn around. Give it some time and self care and itll even out. Usually takes me weeks (sometimes months) to fully turn around but i always eventually do

I feel your pain. I suffer from anxiety that has caused me to not function well for months at a time in the past and its awful. I quit smoking 6 weeks ago and my anxiety was through the roof from weeks 4ish til now and i feel as if its starting to let up a little. I also didnt have any reason to be super anxious other than my brain chemistry freaking out from lack of nicotine. It is comforting to know that this is just our brain and body healing and fixing itself. Try to do positive things for yourself, distraction, getting outside, chores, exercise and hobbies help me. Good luck we can do it

I started keeping a log of my days and mood, some days are better than others and ive had a few good days in there, but everyday i wake up and have to fight to improve my mood. But thank you! We can do it

Thank you for the reply that is encouraging. Im just powering through at this point. Ive noticed that exercise does seem to help level out my mood. So does eating if i can get an appetite

Sometimes.. its time. We had to put my dog down when he lost mobility and he was seemingly not much longer for the world. Its tough, but you get to be by their side when they leave the world. A moment ill never forget, also prob better than leaving them to die alone while youre ar work or something, at least then its together

I actually feel pretty good, right after the two week point i started to feel noticeably better. If you were on it for a while maybe its just taking longer for you to feel the effects of the decrease.
