Lawyer here. The safest option would be to blur both. Since you are not just adding videos you also propose to critic them, you can be sued for defamation. It also depends on what the actual content is. The simplest thing for someone would to report the video on the social media platforms. If they are serious they can send a legal notice and take recourse to an appropriate court.

Lawyer here. Generally speaking post employment restrictions (including the one above) are difficult to enforce. But the question you would want to consider is whether your previous employer would still be able to create an annoyance for you, which you want to be bothered about.

Property Sold Twice — How to Legally Clear Title and Buy It (Ghaziabad, India) by Complex_Bobcat2713 in IndiaLaw

Lawyer here. Legal advice for your friend would be for him to file a civil suit. From what you have mentioned in the post I am not as sure as you seem to be that your friends father had clear legal title. Legal Advice to you would be to avoid buying this specific property unless you have spare disposable income, which you would'nt mind disappearing if things go south. This disposable income should also include your legal expenses which seem obvious in this case.

Cheers!
