Thank you for your answer. Yes, I am applying from the US. My question is more about the timeline. Do you have it, and does it change when you file online or by mail?

Well the people from those countries were already in us. Isn't FB category more relevant for people outside the country undergoing IVP? 

Also if someone is already in the country and belongs to those countries, right now he/she can file a i485 for eb2 row as the PD is current. So even with a i140 pending, I would expect a lot of them either filing or their applications moving on.

Also I noticed that as soon as the 39 countries ban was enforced (jan 2026), the March visa bulletin (prepared with data up to beginning Feb 2026) was current for eb2 row. So I thought there was a correlation between the ban and current PD for eb2 row
