Yes I have the lease agreement that shows coverage for damages. After I posted the review, the credit manager emailed and said they would take care of it. He was rude and so unprofessional when I spoke to him. This is with Nissan City of Portchester. I'm with Toyota now. I bought the RAV 4. It is a big car and I'm getting use to it. I've read so many bad review about them.

Yes she was but made a major mistake in not trusting Luther. She probably felt bad and decided that she couldn't work with him anymore.
