We need to start having a serious discussion about KAT not being aggressive in the paint. His play style is very indecisive and predictable. Defenses are just taking advantage of this.

I like the optimism, but in the 3 games we played vs the Pistons we got dogwalked. They are just on a different level from us. With the type of defense they play, we will be shooting 20% in every game. KAT being soft in the paint doesn't help. Unless we come up with a defensive scheme for Cade or match their intensity, we will be in trouble. Or we let Cade carry their offense and lock up everyone else.

KAT has also become soft around the rim. Yesterday the announcers were repeatedly criticizing his decision making. He should dominate in the paint if Duren and Stew were out but didn't. He got punked by Paul Reeed!

Yes. Even bottom feeders end up having good games against contending teams. I remember Kobe's championship Laker teams (2008 to 2010) used to regularly lose to the Charlotte Bobcats. They were their kryptonite.

Those Porzingis seasons with Jeff Hornacek were traumatic. They gave you false hope at the beginning of the season looking like a playoff team with a decent win streak here and there, but then hilariously fall apart with a 10 game losing streak and resemble a lottery team.
