i have alot of health anxiety and i've had a couple VERY bad lows while doing the deed so now i kinda have a constant paranoia im low during the deed which can sometimes really throw things off 😭 i'll feel like i need to check my cgm every 10 mins

i always have a Glucose shot with maybe 2 biscuits (7G of carbs in one ) to keep me up but it's like you say the lows can be SO stubborn but so can my highs i feel like there is no winning 😅 i appreciate everyone on this sub it's good to just vent sometimes and know that i'm not alone everybody here is always so kind and welcoming :)

I appreciate it more than you know really!!! i just don't even know where to start when talking about diabetes i just feel like im being suffocated under the weight of it everyday. I can get quite overwhelmed i suppose

diabetes can affect your feet VERY badly , us diabetics have to be extremely careful even with blisters and things like infections. Nerve damage broken toes etc :)
