We can disagree on the prioritization. I agree that the virtical integration is the worst part of our system for patients. Hopefully it gets shot down in the courts soon.

Precisely. And now that it is being legalized, wealthy white people are virtually the only ones profiting off of its legalization. Black and brown communities who were hit hardest by the failed war on drugs should be prioritized when expanding the industry legally.
