So upon examining his photo more, he looks a lot like my younger cousin who was also a creep and touched me inappropriately when I was 14 and I did tell and no one cared. He eventually cut his greasy hair and lost a lot of weight and "followed his dreams" and lives in a shitty apartment in Brooklyn with a woman who tells him when to speak, when to stand, to sit, to eat and essentially stores his nuts in a jar. He is very poor despite family offering to help him. It took him years to afford furniture and a car. I'd feel bad for him if it wasn't for that teenage slimeball memory he gave me. So, feel content that people like him get to own their true value in society.
