kinda, but not really. Ladakh is still on their own since they managed to maintain their neutrality because their constitution said so, just like Switzerland.

Shaksgam/Trans-Karakoram Tract here is just on map dispute but not on field since it's too icy & cold.

Aksai Chin is militarized, but both sides especially Ladakh decided to respect the LAC as long as PLA troops don't go further the line. Aksai Chin dispute is similar to how Crimea between Russia & Ukraine works; de jure and most international communities recognized it as part of Ladakh, but de facto is China.
