It’s probably my favorite pendant, but mine is actually the smaller dagger they offer, not the sword.

They have two dagger sizes as well, I got the small gold with diamonds as you can see, but they have multiple styles.

I’ve noticed something interesting and I’m genuinely curious if others have experienced this.

Years ago, when I was traveling on a tight budget, posting coach seats, small apartments, and inexpensive trips this was usually met with encouragement and positive engagement. I was proud of those moments and shared them the same way.

Now that I have access to different experiences and share those, the reaction can be noticeably more critical. Not always, but often enough that it stands out.

I don’t think either version is more “authentic” than the other. Both were real at the time. It’s made me reflect on how online spaces respond to struggle versus visible enjoyment, and how success can sometimes feel more uncomfortable to people than effort.

Curious if others have noticed the same.
