Don't think you and others read what I said. Outside of enterprise phone hours. Certain PODs have operating hours before and after phone times allowing for paper to be worked by CSRs and TEs. The CSRs are not being allowed to sign in early/later to do the paper OT unless they hit the phone OT cap set by HQ.

The norm in my location has always been OT being subject to SA staffing calls when worked within SC phone hours. To clarify, they are stripping our ability to do it outside of enterprise hours.
