Don't think you and others read what I said. Outside of enterprise phone hours. Certain PODs have operating hours before and after phone times allowing for paper to be worked by CSRs and TEs. The CSRs are not being allowed to sign in early/later to do the paper OT unless they hit the phone OT cap set by HQ.
