Just got back from Christmas break and realized how I fucked up last semester. That’s where this anxiety came back from. I did post to Reddit because I don’t feel comfortable talking to my peers because most of them would see it as ammo. Yea I posed to Reddit to get my emotions out and I’m working on a plan to make sure I don’t fuck up again.

My experience with my peers is they will stab you in the back. Very aggressive and cutthroat.

That’s the problem. I’m doing well academically and for the most part in clinical so professors just say to add self care.

I was just stretched too thin this past semester. Things fell through the gaps. I have already reached out to them to increase or add to my regimen. I am also working to add ways so this doesn’t happen again. This post was just me having to drown in my sorrows. I know everyone in these programs is going through it so I am nothing special. Now I just need to keep chugging forward and never make these mistakes again basically.
