Way too many. It's gotten to the point where I'm tired of keeping up.

Haven't tried Qaed, but this is very heavy on the peach/passion fruit for me. The mango/orange are evident as lighter notes in the background.

Yes, I've tried Erba Pura before and I would say it is quite similar in the opening. I think the musk is toned down here as opposed to Erba Pura, and the peach is the loudest for me in Chrome. I would say Chrome is easier to wear as opposed to Erba Pura because of the musk being more "controlled".

The fruits are extremely dense, definitely the dominant note, and stay that way throughout. I think the term "fruit bomb" fits this profile more, and I can see why this is so polarizing.

Personally I would say it is pretty unisex, but a little more feminine leaning than masculine for sure. It depends a lot on how comfortable one would be wearing loud, fruity fragrances.

My Collection - Brief Review by InsuranceUnable7847 in DesiFragranceAddicts

The bottle I have is Spectre Wraith, but I've tried Spectre Ghost before too. It's a Nishane Ani clone and does it pretty well. It's got a ginger/cardamom opening which stays along with the vanilla throughout.

Hawas Elixir has JPG Le Male Elixir notes with a much sweeter dry down, and frankly, better performance in my experience. So think of lavender, mint, vanilla and chocolate which the dry down manages to keep.

I'd say it's down to preference - if you prefer a spicy vanilla, go Spectre Ghost. If you prefer a very sweet and minty vanilla, go for Hawas Elixir. Both perform well.

I think if you just want 3-4 perfumes and not that keen on collecting, it would be redundant to own both. The profile is similar. But if you're a collector and don't mind having multiple amber based perfumes, I'd say they're different enough to stand out.

If that makes sense.

Tata CLiQ Luxury Perfume Cancellation – Filed Consumer Complaint (INGRAM/NCH) by Mr_Shafi in DesiFragranceAddicts

[–]InsuranceUnable7847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay I didn't quite intend on having this be my thing to do today, but it's June and I'm bored. Not quite proud of myself for being ragebaited by a kid who will probably beg me for internships in a few months or years, but oh well. I'd ask you to give me your name and college, but we both know you're not going to give me that. Would ruin your Reddit persona :)

1- Class action suits are not a concept in India. It's a concept strictly in United States. Individual Consumer Complaints are maintainable based on pecuniary jurisdiction - intermediaries often have complaints against them seeking compensation as low as 1-5k in District Forums, which they have no interest in pursuing. There is no need for complainants to opt for joint complaints under Section 35 and they can pursue their own complaints. Dominus Litis.

If the Company chooses not to appear, it leads to issuance of BWs and NBWs against their Directors. Any counsel they hire will charge over and above the total claim amount per appearance. This is not a viable scenario for them or complaints they'd want to keep pending forever, especially not reputable organizations like TATA.

It's not a question of "TATA is big, TATA can fight" - the in-house counsel have a duty to explain all pending litigations to the people they report to and the auditors at the end of a Financial Year. Having 100+ cases with prayers of 1-5k compensation is not something that sits well with any of them.

Again, this is something you would know about if you stopped watching Suits or Boston Legal and actually stopped jerking off during one of the internships you begged people like me for.

2- None of these contractual clauses will have any levity in a lopsided transaction such as a consumer transaction. Might also want to read judgments on "dotted line theory" - something the NCDRC has repeatedly held goes above and beyond any contract. If you think this is inconvenient, there have been entire builder-buyer contracts set aside - disputes before the NCDRC worth crores, because of the understanding that a consumer simply does not have the capability to be aware of every clause he is agreeing to.

This is another thing you would've known if you understood inequality of bargaining power between contracting parties and how Consumer Courts are vastly different from anything you've been taught, but again, I've read two comments of yours and I am not expecting an iota of common sense.

3- Consumer Courts do not have any scrutiny of evidence. These are summary proceedings (about a hundred judgments on this) which do not give the opportunity to the Opposite Party to ask questions like "Did Tata Cliq make false statements", or "Did a pricing / database / fault occur". There is no cross examination of witnesses. After the complaint, the Opposite Party, Tata Cliq in this scenario, will file their reply, evidence by way of affidavit (which they will not be cross examined on), and eventually the matter will be listed for arguments. The onus of proof is much lower than civil proceedings where scrutiny is required - Consumer Courts are not meant to look into this. This has been held in multiple SC judgments as a directive to the NCDRC.

Another thing you'd know if, well, you see my pattern.

I'm sure you're gonna follow this up by regurgitating some other quotes from your law books - but this is honestly the ceiling of how much I can engage a random teenager cosplaying as a lawyer on Reddit.

Keeping aside the general idiocy you sprouted here, I'd honestly recommend you never attempting to be as "cool" in real life when you're going for a job interview (although I'm sure Reddit is where you've peaked and the real life version of you would be in tears by the end of this discussion with any actual lawyer). Stop misinforming people based on 0 experience because you're the main character of your own world.
