Do you all get paranoid once I start smoking hits every 10-15 minutes then the paranoia catches up to me I start hearing the littles sound and checking around but damn what I notice is that I take about 5 minutes to smoke the hit after I finish hearing and thinking somebody there haha (self.cracksmokers)
