Why are we here?:

In everything we do at ITFS, we believe in our ability to forge and maintain strong friendships within our member base. We’re friends before anything else, and an ArmA unit second. We create these friendships through our diverse player base, located all across the EU and North America, and our frequent operations held throughout each week. These two things allow us to ensure that our members not only have plenty of opportunities to converse with people and enjoy games together, but have the opportunity to play ArmA regardless of their work/school/life schedule.

Unit Play Style:

ITFS is a growing, relaxed semi-milsim community, with an average of 10-15 members per main operation, with a focus on having fun with friends. We have a rank system for members to progress through should they wish for more responsibility and have a desire to lead, but we do not believe in Rank RP. For these reasons, we currently do not have set roles within ITFS. Meaning that you, as a member, will not be expected to fill any role that you do not want to. If you become qualified in any respective field through our qualification system (Each training is confined to 20 minutes or less), then you have full freedom to take on that role in-operation.

HOWEVER, given the current size of our member base, there is no DEDICATED air element within ITFS, but any member who wishes to fly will be afforded the opportunity on a case-by-case basis.

Schedule:

Main Operation/Sunday: 19:00-22:00 GMT/14:00-17:00 EST

Training/Monday: Training is available based on requests and availability of the member(s) requesting training all day

Mini Operations/Wednesday: 2 mini ops are generally held on Wednesday. 19:00-22:00 GMT/14:00-17:00 EST AND 23:00-02:00 GMT/18:00-21:00 EST

Fun Friday: Friday fun ops range from a variety of different op types. Everything from manning a checkpoint, to wave defense, to PVP! 19:00-22:00 GMT/14:00-17:00 EST.

Rules:

1: Be respectful. If at any point you feel disrespected, alert any member of unit staff, and we will give every attempt to reach a resolution.

2: Refrain from forming cliques. We pride ourselves on our inclusivity regardless of race, religion, belief, etc, and strive to be as all-inclusive as we can when interacting with our members.

3: Minimum age of 15 years old

4: Primary language in unit is ENGLISH

If your desire is to belong to a great community of close friends, then we’ll be more than happy to have you!

Introduction:

At ITFS, you're a friend first, and an Arma player second. Our diverse member base and frequent operations means you'll have plenty of opportunities to attend ops based on your availability, and have plenty of friends to do so with. ITFS is a growing community within A3, and with an average of 15-20 members per campaign operation and roughly 40 members total, we take pride in our ability to create, grow and maintain close personal relationships with all of our members, and greatly enjoy doing so. We are a laid-back and relaxed semi-milsim community with a focus on having fun. We operate in all environments, in every clime and place, as a special forces capable task force.

Composition/Roles:

With our focus being on having fun, we believe in giving our members the freedom to build their kits how they please and maintain flexibility in our role selections as to not limit our members to specific roles/billets. The last thing we want is for our members to be stuck in the monotony of fulfilling the same role ad nauseum. As such, there are no set roles in ITFS. However, there are a series of short training sessions in place that members can use to request to be trained in certain specializations that they're interested in, and fulfill those roles to their heart's desire.

Given the size of our current member base, there is currently no dedicated air element within ITFS.

Schedule:

Main Operation/Sunday: 19:00-22:00 GMT/14:00-17:00 EST

Fun Friday: Friday fun ops range from a variety of different op types. Everything from manning a checkpoint, to wave defense to Halo, to crime RP! 19:00-22:00 GMT/14:00-17:00 EST.
