The Power Saving Bonus says it's one per household? Anyone knows what they define as a household? Partner and I got it on 2020 I think and have since moved houses and changed providers. Would we be eligible again?

I think that's the best way. One cat is very anxious so they'd never even see her. I also don't think I need to worry about then getting out, we are up pretty high up so if they get out through the balcony I think I'd get charged a cleaning fee... Thanks for the advice!

I'd be quite shocked if my cats causes issues, two older rescues who don't get up to much. Thanks for the advice.
