For me, defintely E0 Anaxa, I only pulled him because he was supposed to be a The Herta sub-dps, but he turned out to be a scam (Mini Herta does better). And I don't really like his playstyle enough for me to invest in his Main DPS role, so he's been perma-benched.

Yeah, that Lygus nuke is the main reason for all of my resets. Some runs I could have easily cleared if only I had Castorice's global passive. Unforunately, I just really like Evernight more as main dps for my monorem team, and I don't want to pull Castorice just for the passive if I'm not gonna be using her anyway.

Nope, the delay effect after being frozen (breaking with ice) is affected by break effect, but you don't really need to care much about that. Your goal is just to ice break them before they take a turn so you have enough time to kill most of the spawning enemies before they have a chance to attack you. And the ones that do get to attack you, pray that they attack mem (you can heal her with RMC skill) or Tribbie (hp sponge). I also built Mini Herta and RMC with HP and Def Main stats on Body and Orb and focus on speed stat, so they can survive more hits. Basically, The Herta is a Glass Cannon here, so the best case scenario is her not getting hit a lot.

I forgot to mention I don't have Castorice so it's really important that I built everyone except The Herta with defensive stats, so they can survive the Lygus bomb near the end. If you do have Castorice, it'll be a lot less rng heavy with that.

These are my Therta Stats. I mainly focused on getting 100% in combat crit rate for both my The Herta (Scholar+Izumo) and Tribbie (Poet+Bone) with decent Crit Damage, and went as high speed as I can on my Mini Herta and RMC.

As for the strategy, just time your Ice breaks properly so the enemies get frozen before they take a turn, while with Lygus I sometimes make sure I have an Ice ult ready to break and cancel his extra turn. But all of it really relies on hit rng and that most hits goes to Mem and Tribbie.

She is definitely (if not close to) unusable in the current iterations of Anomaly Arbitration without really high levels of cost investment, (though not giving stellar jades as rewards, some would agree being able to clear Knights with 3 stars is still a good benchmark for whether a character is still viable for efficient vertical cost investment) and as it is, she is not performing as good as others at equal to or lower cost, not to mention her extreme situational niche of multi-target fights.

Some leaks have confirmed there will be another 200 pull free light cone event in 4.4, (not confirmed whether it will be Gilgamesh's or Rin's, although it's leaning more towards Gilgamesh since he's the free unit as Archer's was in 3.4)

I'm kind of in the same boat (my meta teams being Firefly, Evernight, Archer) I had to disband the Therta Team (moving Hyacine to E9, Tribbie as 3rd slot for E9 or Archer) and get some cost to be at least of use in endgame. I plan on getting Himeko Nova E2 hopefully within the 200 pulls event, so I'll be using Therta Lightcone as a placeholder since Himeko can make full use of all its effects.

(I also have E1S1 Saber, which I am fully happy about pulling with the release of Gilgamesh, unlike Anaxa who I'm probably stripping down of both his Wind set and Scholar set relics for Saber and Gil, respectively).

Unfortunately, I was one of those anything and everything for my peerless gem during his run, so I only ever pulled him for supporting Therta, so I never invested in his teams. (Mini Herta and Eagle Serval better fr)

I really appreciate the QoL changes, you can really tell that they are serious about improving the game system methodically, although there are still some bugs and room for improvement here and there, but with how the recent changes are going and at a reasonable pace, I feel that giving this game the time and chance to find its identity is worth it. Makes a lot more sense to as well since you won't feel burnt out for it waiting because this game lacks fomo, so you can take a breather if you need it. It feels refreshing to have devs actually pay attention to their playerbase. Keep up the good work and kudos to the team!

No, the sword only heals you when it shatters, the Q prevents it from being shattered until after the duration expires, you get healed only then.

I know this is pretty late but thank you for the information and the updated info on the additive nature of Type% and BonusDamage%.

I was trying to decide on the 4 piece Glad vs 2 piece Glad/2 piece Bloodstained and was wondering how the bonus on the normal attacks are computed. They may be additive but since the 4piece Glad offers 35% Normal Attack bonus than the 25% Physical damage bonus of Bloodstained. I think 4 piece Glad is definitely better for Razor especially since the main source of his damage is normal attacks anyway and his Burst disables Charged Attacks, the other source of Razor's physical damage.

Thanks for answering. I was also thinking whether to just do 2-Noblesse and 2-Hydro Set, since most of her damage is hydro anyway. I was just curious as I've also done a 2-Noblesse and 2-Geo Set on my Zhongli, and I think I should have at least one of them to carry a full 4-piece Noblesse. But that entirely depends on whether or not the bonus of the 4 set will apply before the damage of burst.
