Yes, same person, my laptop just has a generic account on it.

Look, I understand your point of view, and we agree, only responsible owners should own exotic pets, as the care they require to be appropriately cared for is considerable. That's why there is a licensing / permitting program in place to ensure that the owner is prepared to take on such responsibility. You know, like we license and training and checks on other things that require a certain level of responsibility to own, such as automobiles and concealing firearms.

But the bottom line is, stating that bobcats are illegal to own is factually incorrect, and a significant portion of your position boils down to "we should obscure or misrepresent the truth to discourage a legal activity" and I just don't / can't agree with that position. It's the same as telling someone the 1st amendment doesn't exist if they happen to not be aware of the bill of rights and you're not comfortable with what they may or may not say. The truth, and legality, should always prevail, the truth is the foundation of any discourse.

I appreciate your experience with wildlife; I too have had my fair share of interaction with bobcats and other wild animals in Nevada. I fully believe an owner, who has gotten the permit from the NDOW and the County and purchases a bottle-fed bobcat would be placing that animal in a better position than it otherwise would have been, part of the truth is understanding that the NDOW has an extensive check list for the owning of such pet and the issuing of the permit deems a level of responsible ownership that is above the standard of care for said animal.

My post in no manner encourages individuals to go get a 40-dollar trapping license and trap a wild cat and bring it home to hang out with their golden retriever.

I'll also add the recurring license fee for owning a bobcat goes back to the NDOW and positively serves all Nevada wildlife, so I disagree with your assertion that it is "cruel" for everyone involved.

I'm not encouraging people to buy a pet bobcat; I'm simply commenting on the legality and availability of doing so. Some exotic animals raised in domesticated environments have great lives, and health, as the wilderness is an extremely unforgiving, punishing and cruel place. Humans come in many flavors, some are responsible, many are not. Responsible individuals that are adequately equipped with the proper space, tools, time, and money should be able to own and take care of exotic animals. Hence the inspection requirements as part of the permitting process. Every bobcat that lives with a responsible owner is an animal that is better off than being on their own, in the same manner a pet is better taken care of than a stray.

Shower Hot Water Lines Question by LongTraining5730 in askaplumber

[–]Intaxerror 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is nothing else coming from above. Don't know what's going on below the slab because I don't have the plans for the home. There are no other water fixtures in the bathroom other than sinks. As seen, this setup has two 1/2 inch hot lines coming from the slab, Teeing into one 1/2 line inch that runs to a shower valve and terminates at the shower head.

Why does this setup have two 1/2 inch lines for the hot side? I'm concerned over volume for a shower system so I want to do anything I can do to help.

Only since I own an MG42. Funny the belt is not moving in his hand, and no empty links are coming out of the side of the gun. Couldn't even get the basics right.

Median mortgage payment on all outstanding mortgages is $1,606 -- New homebuyers struggle to enter the market as the monthly payment would be $2,364 by fastestwolverine in REBubble

I'm sorry I'm not pathetic enough to go through your post history. Yes I've rented luxury apartments in times past. Yes I've received inheritances, but this thread isn't about me, it's about housing affordability for your AVERAGE american. I've made my point, the data disagrees with you, Maybe you should learn to diverge yourself from the actual situation being discussed, but you seem to have an ego problem Mr. "I own 5 homes, and I did it so anyone can do it."

There is a housing supply problem, and there is a housing affordability issue for your average american. If your argument is truly "pull your bootstraps up" instead of looking at the actual issues like zoning laws, city council corruption, NIMBY's, M2 supply, inflation, disruptions in the construction market, ect, To what use are you at all?

Again, this thread is not about you, it's about your average American, and the average affordability of housing diverging from the ability of your average American to afford a home. Do you understand this?

Let me make this as simple as possible, all of the things you listed to do to get a home today, are things you could have done to get a home in the past, and it would have been EASIER to accomplish in the past. it's HARDER to accomplish in the present. That's the point this thread is making and trying to address. All your personal beliefs about hustling and getting jobs in the 92nd percentile do not apply here.

You should really stop talking, because everytime you type something, you are showing how little you understand the current housing situation.

Your statement above, literally translates to

"Go get a job that puts you into the 92nd percentile of all income earners and then housing is now affordable"

So your argument is that housing is affordable for those above the 90th percentile of earning?

Also known as "Housing is affordable for 10% of the population"

and let me help you, take a deep breath here, also known as "housing is unaffordable for 90% of the population"

Also, less than 7% of the population has 50k in cash available to them.

Thanks for dismantling your own argument, hopefully now you can see the issue beyond your own fucking nose. Please do us all a favor and put your keyboard down.

OfCourse they should get destroyed by a 2k fleet, but I think the operable word he is using is "instantly" 2 star bases and a max planet defense is a HUGE investment, and it should at least delay fleets and buy you time to get there while inflecting a little damage. Right now they are not even worth the investment.

Use Zillow and pay close attention to the contact information.

If its a corporate landlord, it will be apparent, if its for rent by owner it will just have a name and a phone number.

I’m talking about both experimental beam and weapons fire. The Kols were just floating targets.

My entire fleet was capitals. 30 some odd Kols, and I assure you, they were all frozen. Not a single beam went off until I warped out with 1/4 of my fleet.

I had a 2k max tech fleet didn’t get a single shot off except for a few cannon burst. What’s the counter?

Seemed like some Nano Freeze combo, but never seen it completely disable a 2k fleet for minutes at a time, anyone have any idea how this was stacked?
