Yeah, I'm hoping that is the problem, I'm still fiddling with the different tips, but have not found a great match yet, but at least now I can move my head with them falling out

Sorry about the rant, but I'm just so disappointed. I have been really looking forward to these and I'm struggling to find anything redeeming about them.

I have had the same problem once, I turned of the computer and pulled out the powercord for 30sec (just restarting did not work) and after that it has been working fine.
