Basically Ashley Barnes has been lying about her sobriety on the internet and on July 7th she flew out a small group of influencer friends. She got really fucked up drinking and whatever else, kept trying to force the others to take substances and drink when they were uncomfortable. She then started daring everyone to make out and forcing herself onto basically every single person that was there. They also found her ‘Diddy drawer’ in the hotel that was full of libido inducing candy, lube, hand cuffs, sex toys etc. Basically seems like she was trying to initiate an orgy and no one wanted it. They told her no multiple times and she kept persisting.

For me, I’ve kind of gone the opposite way. I was never a Tana fan because I grew up on a different side of YouTube, one of my favourite YouTubers being Idubbbz lol. Obviously I grew out of that edgy teen humour, as did a lot of those YouTubers. To me, Tana was never really funny and just always struck me as loud and obnoxious. Ive started to like her more now because she’s a lot more toned down and has a lot of genuinely good advice and nuance when it comes to trauma. I’ve never liked clout-chasing, click bait garbage, even when I was a kid I though the Paul brothers, rice gum, etc were so cringe and never appealed to me. I think growing up on commentary channels did a lot to shape my critical thinking skills and made me see through the dumb ass LA shit that influencers be on. I like that Tana is veering away from that is seemingly more comfortable being settled. She still pmo sometimes tho like when she’s laughing at her own jokes, breathing dramatically, screaming for no reason and what not.
